"My approach to psychotherapy is gentle and client centered.
I believe that every person is good at their essence but sometimes we all need help to deal with everyday issues and problems. With guidance and courage, you can let go of old fears, find forgiveness, rediscover hope and choose a path that fulfills and empowers you. Healing comes from finding the root of your unhappiness and transforming it through awareness. As you evolve, grow, and heal, so does the world around you."

"First time when I came for Valeria’s session I was totally lost in my life and in my personality, I was severely depressed, I had panic attacks, anxiety disorder, and obsessive thoughts. At that time I lost my job, I was about to lose my property because it was on mortgage and I wouldn’t be able to support it without my job, my husband was drinking severely, and I had a fight with all my family members. I also lost my sleep and didn’t eat anything because of depression I totally lost my appetite. Valeria was my last hope, and somebody recommended her to me as a very good and experienced psychotherapist. Valeria was so helpful, I had friends and family members but nobody supported me like her. She wasn’t only like a psychotherapist to me; I always used to talk to her like she was my best friend. She was available to help me anytime I needed her help. Thanks to her help, I recovered very quickly, became a stronger person, confident and found a new job."
